Elements of a Sales Document
There are two major elements in a sales document. The document header and the document lines. The header consists of customer, delivery, and document wide details (ie. details that pertain to the whole of the document). The document lines make up a list of the items (products/services) and comments associated with this document.
In addition a cash transaction includes a third element called the Tender section. This section allows the entry of the types of tenders received and their amounts. It also shows the change to be given if any.
