Customer Pricing
When you create a customer you can nominate how a sales document will be priced for that customer. There are four fields that effect the way prices are calculated for a customer.
Price Category - the default price used for this customer.
Club - the name of the club to be searched for this customer.
Tax Exemption - the sales tax exemption number or identifier exempting this customer from sales tax (eg. VS number).
Wholesaler - notification that this customer is a wholesaler and that sales to this customer incur tax on the profit made in the sale.
The first two items are concerned with the methods used to derive a price for an item on a sales document. The last two items effect the way in which tax is calculated on sales taxable items.
