Standing Journals

Any journal type can be made standing. The effect of this is twofold. Firstly as long as a journal is marked as standing it will not be removed from the system no matter what its age. Secondly the journal list facility provides a standing journal mode that makes it easier to locate those standard journals that you wish to copy from.
