Ledger Code Structure

Acumen Ledger codes can consist of up to 20 characters (excluding delimiters). The ledger code is made up of a number of ledger segments, one of which is always the account code. You can select the size and nature (alphabetic or numeric) of each segment when you first establish your ledger files. You may also select the delimiter character that is to be used to separate these segments.
