Preference

You will be asked what preference level the Supplier Product Catalogue entry must be for the system to attempt purchasing the products in question. For example if you have three preference levels, 'Primary', 'Secondary' and 'Alternate' and you select 'Secondary'. This semi automatic purchase run will only order products for which the Supplier Product Catalogue entry is 'Primary' or 'Secondary'. Items that have 'Alternate' preference level for this supplier will not be ordered. For more details see The Supplier Product Catalogue.
