Utilising Overstocks

Overstocks can still be taken into account on semi automatic purchases, however, because a purchase order can only be for one branch the system will not be able to detect if the overstocks have already been used on a manual or semi automatic purchase order prior to this one. When purchasing by manual or semi automatic means always transfer overstocks that you intend to use in place of a purchase order as soon as possible. Try to avoid placing a second purchase order for the same goods (at any branch) before the transfer has been effected.
