Debtors

The Debtors files contain sales accumulations and account details. Sales data is stored by Branch, Product Group, Sales Area, Customer, Product and Tax. Account balances are recorded both as aged balances and as individual transactions. All these figures are integrated to ensure data integrity at all times. The Debtors files are self contained to allow easy backup and recovery.
