Stock

The Stock files contain records of Stock Sales, Purchases, Production, Transfers and Adjustments. Stock details are recorded at the product level for each branch. These files contain details of the month and year to date movements and the current stock on hand. They also record stocktake details and stock requirement levels. The stock files are updated by the Sales and Purchase systems. They are also updated by Branch Transfers, Factory Orders, Spot Counts, Stocktakes, and Stock Adjustments.
