General Ledger

The General Ledger files contain the Chart of Accounts and Ledger balances for the entire business. These files integrate with the other files to allow bulk batching of Creditors, Debtors, Cashbook and Stock postings. The ledger codes posted to are controlled by association of ledger details with Companies, Branches, Departments, Product groups, Bank accounts, etc.
