Late Order

This status signifies that there is sufficient stock in the combination of stock on hand and on purchase order to satisfy all customer orders, however there will not be sufficient stock at the due date to cover this customer order. In this situation you will usually find that delaying the order due date and re-issuing a Review will eventually cause the status to change to "On Order". This occurs once the due date of the customer order falls after sufficient purchase deliveries to cover this order and other requirements to that date.
