Picking An Order

By using the Supply button, or double clicking on the Pick column heading, a user can have the computer automatically pick any items that are believed to be in stock and available for that order. When an order is picked the system executes a Review of Stock Availability. For those items shown as "In Stock" In Stock the system will place a Pick quantity in the pick column. You can then optionally produce a picking slip instructing staff to retrieve the stock. When you load the order to a sales document the pick quantities will be placed on the sales document.
