Processing Payments

There are two ways that you can process payments. The first is to process them one at a time by using the Print or Update button from the payments screen. This is convenient for manual and semi automatic payments but can be laborious where you have a large number of payments ready to process at one time.

The Payment Processing screen provides the ability to select payments from a list, for processing and optionally for remittance printing. This screen provides full multi-select capabilities by allowing you to select lines individually, using click and drag range selection or a select/deselect all button. Once you have selected the desired payments they can be processed as a group by using the execute button.

After processing a selection of payments the screen displays the completed payments, maintaining the selection you have just made for processing. In this way you can then print remittances for those payments, or you may alter the selection to print more or less.
