Purchases

The purchases figure is the total year to date purchases. This is accumulated by the purchasing system every time you receive goods on a purchase order. As this figure is always updated immediately by the purchasing system you cannot enter goods received while the stock file is unavailable. Note that during end of month modes goods received are stored in a holding field and are transferred to this field when the stock Age is done.
